I’ve not been following with the latest anime out there, but I have seen some posts out there about The Tower of Druaga: Sword of Uruk. When I checked Bost, there’s no mention of it. It seems it’s only on Crunchyroll, from what I’m able to Google.

There’s a story in there somewhere. Separate the “humor” content, and mind the “video game” reference portions, and there’s a story to The Tower of Druaga somewhere. Marathoning the rest of the series certainly helped me follow everything going on.

Considering it’s been a long while since I watched episode three, the summary of plot at the opening of the episode came as rather useful. When watching a series on DVD, watching one or two episodes a day, day after day, this is the kind of thing to skip, but after such a long time since I watched the first three episodes, it came as more than welcome.

It’d certainly be nice to be able to get a higher resolution and quality video from BostTV as well as no logo in the corner when making a purchase to download. These two things are likely to make me not purchase episodes for other series in the future. I’d rather buy a series on DVD and get DVD quality, and the ability to turn off subtitles. Since I don’t expect The Tower of DRUAGA to be a series I look back on from time to time, not having it at a decent quality isn’t a big deal for me. For a series such as Petite Princess Yucie, which I’ve watched through three times, DVD quality is the only way to go for me.
